Overview:
RANCHO SANTA FE, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - Kind Indie Musicians and first-time parents are seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY to care for their new bundle of joy.
Their baby boy is due in January, and the family would love the nanny to begin February 1st, 2024.
The goal is to have this nanny grow long-term with the family and the child.
The family often works at night and they travel and tour for 1-3 weeks at a time and need to candidate to be flexible to go with them.
They are a happy, healthy, welcoming family who spends most of our time together, making music, and adventuring.
The family is very laid back and easy going and would love a candidate who can blend in with their lifestyle.
They are very artistic and would like a candidate who is comfortable with creative spaces.
Mom and Dad are both fluent in Danish, and if a candidate spoke Danish or Spanish, that is a huge bonus.
The perfect candidate will have a high emotional quotient, can read the room, and is easygoing.
The parents describe themselves as mostly introverted, so they are seeking a nanny who can blend with their family and personalities.
The hours are roughly 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday with flexibility for traveling with the family, nights, and weekends.
The candidates should be fully vaccinated; Covid + Flu + Tdap, MMR, etc.
Start date is 2/1.
Pay is $25-35/hr gross commensurate based on experience.
Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
