Scotsman Commercial Ice Machine - $175 (San Diego)

Currently not dropping ice… Everything operates, water flows, even makes ice but it’s just not dropping the ice and I don’t know what.
After a while ice will come out.
I was told it’s stuck in Freeze Mode and I can’t get it out.
Don’t want to mess with it so getting a new one.
