Position Overview:
The Project Manager / Sales Representative will play a crucial role in managing roofing projects from inception to completion, while also actively engaging in sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
This dual-role position requires a candidate with strong project management skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the installation team, suppliers, and subcontractors to guarantee smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and address any issues proactively.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Implement and uphold safety protocols on job sites.
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
Customer Relations:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive relationships.
Gather feedback from clients to continually improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management and sales within the roofing or construction industry.
Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
(class A preferred)
