We prefer to hire people with sales experience or that are definitely not afraid to talk to people on the phone.
Team members are required to make 150-175 calls per day.

We pay an industry high 50% commission on the margin for every sale; this equates to 75k-100k the first year with that doubling every year after.
70% of our first time customers turn into long term clients and we pay 50% commission on all residual orders.
We are looking for energetic people that can train easily; we hire and train just one rep at a time.
We pay to train and monitor progression closely.
Training pay for 8 weeks.
Many new reps make sales the first week of work and potentially will make more commission on those sales than the training pay offers.
We offer training pay only to people training in our office under our supervision.
Here is what we will do to train you correctly:
Set you up with your own personal virtual CRM
Load leads for companies that use data to create sales for you to call on
Provide one on one training for 8 weeks depending on how quickly you pick the business up.
Provide pre-made emails to send clients with your signature information on each
Set up a voicemail that the CRM will leave with each potential clients not able to answer the phone.
Provide reports of customers that have opened and viewed the emails sent for easy follow up
Provide support from beginning to end of each sale to guarantee success
