Farmers Market Sales 25-40/hr (San Marcos)

LA PINSA MIA we are looking for a personable and energetic individual to join our sales team.
This job requires constant engagement with customers so you’ve got to be willing to chat it up.
We encourage banter and a fun atmosphere while focusing on sales.
This job is primarily self-supervised so it is important to maintain a driven attitude while in the booth.
You will be working by yourself at smaller markets and in a small group at larger markets.
We are looking for part-time with possibility of full-time employment.
Job description: • Represent the La Pinsa Mia brand with an enthusiasm about or product • take inventory of cash and card sales as well as product • operate POS system with Bluetooth connectivity or hot-spot powered device • maintain positive relationships with customers, market managers, and other vendors • pick up and drop off booth at our kitchen location • regularly lift 30+ pounds • set up booth and display in an aesthetic manner • practice good time management • tell people about Pinsa!!! For this job theres a possibility you will use your own vehicle to locally transport booth set-up and product to the markets.
For this we ask that you apply with the size of your vehicle in mind Trucks/vans/minivans/bigger cars Our pay structure is 20/hr + tips which range from 30-100 dollars per market We are looking for someone who can work 2-3 markets a week with possibility for more shifts depending on performance.
Currently: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Requirements: • must be able to work weekends • must be self sufficient and reliable • reliable vehicle to transport kit and Pinsa to and from markets • previous sales/farmers market experience is a plus, but not required
