Warehouse/Inside Sales The Countertop Company Inc ( TCC Slab yard) Job Description: ● Rotate between sales and warehouse when needed ● Assists homeowners that walk in or call in with their stone needs.
● Creates and handles sales/invoices on a daily basis.
● Calls on current and prospective customers including Designers, Developers, General Contractors, Fabricators, and Builders ● Keep Slab yard website up to date.
● Develop in-depth knowledge about our different lines of surfaces.
● Responsible for loading and unloading Natural Stone, Quartz, and Solid Surface Materials.
● Maintain yard and forklift in working order ● Other duties assigned by manager and assistant manager ● Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally Qualifications: ● Forklift experience a plus ● Strong team player and self-starter ● Superior organization and follow up skills ● Excellent sales skills and high level of independent motivation ● Proven track record of being customer focused and able to build quality relationships ● Experience in the home and building industry desired ● Bilingual a plus ● Stone experience a plus Qualities in an Inside Sales- Warehouse Member: ● Customer Focus – Must value customer service and customer relationships ● Employee Focus – Must promote performance and growth of staff ● Company Focus – Must be diligent in efforts to reach company goals ● Teamwork – Must be able to work with peers and other company employees ● Organization – Must manage time effectively as well as paperwork ● Communication – Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers ● Safety – Must promote the safety of staff and customers, adhering to company safety guidelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
