Job Summary
Description
This role will consist of reviewing and performing balance sheet account reconciliations, assisting with month end close, generating daily reports, preparing adjustments, and assisting Division Controllers with day-to-day accounting activities.
The Junior Staff Accountant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Primary Duties
Perform balance sheets accounts reviews and reconciliations.
Participate in organizing balance sheets٫ income statements and other relevant financial documentation following company's guidelines.
Assist and perform Internal Control Reviews/Audits to the Division Operations.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
In-depth knowledge of reconciling month end balance sheet accounts.
Review and verify accounting transactions.
Organize and update financial records.
Assist with special projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
1+ years of accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Available to travel.
