What You'll Do
This position will provide operational support within the Webex engineering organization.
You will help provide insight into spend, will help managers with hiring, will assist with purchasing and vendor communications, and will help yield direct assistance to engineering staff on Cisco processes and procedures.
Who You'll Work With You will be part of the Webex Operations team, working with operations staff, as well as with engineers and engineering managers.
Who You Are You are hard-working in crafting, sharing, and updating project plans as well as communicating status to partners and management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical, vendor, and personnel issues with respect to timelines.
Work with all stakeholders to articulate do-able goals, requirements, and schedule.
Design, facilitate, and deploy internal and external initiatives to increase visibility Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience working with corporate tools, systems, and processes in an administrative capacity.
5 years experience tracking and auditing data using MS Excel 3+ years experience managing and interfacing with vendors Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates Experience working in a human resources capacity and handling confidential material.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components.
For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%.
Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target.
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
