is a TPA (Third Party Administrator for Retirement Plans) in the San Diego area has an opening for an Administrative Assistant I.
This is a great position for someone with 2-4 years office administration experience.
This is an in office position only.

Responsibilities include:
* Assist with daily needs such as, auditing data for accuracy, plan amendments, contact vendors, work in industry specific software, etc.
* Reconcile bank accounts - Must have knowledge of banking reconciliation.
* Answer/transfer phone calls - Assist clients as needed
* Scan documents and organize on cloud system
* Heavy volume of statement opening/filing monthly
* Open office in AM (lights, copier/stock paper, fill supplies, order supplies etc.
)
* Learn to transmit plan filings to IRS/DOL via portal system
* Prepare and complete forms as necessary for client requests
* Compile documents and packages to be sent to clients
Qualifications:
* 1-3+ Years of plan administration experience is preferred, but not required if you have suitable Administrative skills.
* Excellent client service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Software skills rating your self 8+: Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe.
* You MUST have a good attitude, take initiative, be a team player and most of all, be willing to learn.
If you lack drive or initiative, you will not be a good fit!
Monday-Friday position with 37 hour work week (open to a schedule of M-Th 32 hours also) Flex Start time between 8am-9am after probationary period, benefits, vacation/personal time off, sick accrual advanced.
