As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of our organization and ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting regulations.

What you will be doing:
Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable as backup.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support team with inventory adjustments and credit memos.
Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure the reliability of financial data.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Maintain cash position reporting, projecting future cash balances given expected payables and collections
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role, with at least 3 in an accounting capacity.
Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (preferable SAP Business One).
Very comfortable using MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
