Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper Comm REA/PT-Sub Contractor (Remote)

Looking for a PT Remote, sub-contractor who is exceptionally detail oriented.
A senior bookkeeper-accountant to handle monthly financials preparation, journal entries, bank reconciliations, payroll, quarterly tax filing, budget review, cam rec review, lender proformas, etc.
Minimum 7-10 years experience in commercial real estate accounting.
Proficient in Excel and SKYLINE accounting software or similar commercial real estate accounting software like Yardi.
This is for a commercial property management company.
Approximately 10-15 hours a month.
Must come with exceptional references.
