Staff Accountant

We are currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all Accounts Receivable functions.
This includes: Preparing daily deposits.
Applying cash receipts.
Perform all Accounts Payable functions.
This includes: Coding invoices for managers' approval.
Prepare invoices for payments Review general ledger and research discrepancies relating to financials-cash receipts, A/P checks, owner distributions, or mortgage wires.
Maintain depreciation and amortization schedules for all fixed assets.
Provide Preliminary General Ledger to Property Managers for review at month-end.
Maintain files and records.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Accounting classes with two years experience preferred.
Preferred real estate property management experience but not required.
Knowledge of property management software.
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook.
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year Apply today!
