We are a growing financial planning firm in the beautiful Mission Hills area of San Diego.
In addition to financial planning, we offer tax planning/preparation, estate planning and investment services for our clients.
Our staff of 8 work closely together to ensure our clients are truly taken care of.
We are a hard-working group and provide a pleasant low-stress environment.
While the job description is below, personality and a pleasant office demeanor with the ability to relate to our 55+ clientele age group is key.
We prepare approx.
700 tax returns, mix of personal and business.
Additionally, we have about 25 corporate bookkeeping/payroll clients.
This is a Full-Time position as a tax preparer which includes some bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate would become the tax manager and supervise the tax side of our business.
*You MUST have the following:*
* Have prepared tax returns for the past 3 seasons, individuals a must, business a plus
* CTEC/EA/CPA
* Proficient in QuickBooks and excel.
Drake software a plus, not required.
* Organizational and communication skills must be excellent
