Qualifications required: • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or related field and three (3) years related experience • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the accounting field • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite • One plus years of supervisory experience Qualifications desired: • Workday or MBA software Experience • CPA license Essential functions and responsibilities: • Daily oversight of Accounts Receivables – Billing customers, cash applications, reconciliation with bank, daily collections, customer invoice discrepancy resolution, ensure timely invoicing of customers • Daily oversight of Accounts Payables – accurate daily vendor invoice posting, resolve vendor discrepancies daily, timely and accurate communication to vendors on payment related items Oversee all aspects of the accounts payable cycle including but, not limited to: • Research and inquire about outstanding invoices • Set up outgoing wires and ACH payments • Vendor set up in MBA/Workday, AP resolution with external vendors • Enter/post AP invoices to the general ledger • Manage cash balances for outgoing payments • Assist with income and SUT tax preparation.
