*Immediately* hiring a full time Account Payable Associate to join our team at our Poway distribution facility.
*Experience:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
* Invoice processing
* Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks), proficiency in spreadsheet tools(Excel)
* Strong understanding of financial processes.
* Attention to detail, time management and communication skills are also value to this role.
* Having a background in finance or accounting is beneficial .
*Skills:*
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry record keeping
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* *Responsibilities include:*
Processing Invoices
* Reconciling Statements
* Managing vendor relationships
* Ensuring timely payments
* Accuracy attention to detail and organization are crucial for success in this role.
*COMPENSATION:* $41,600.
00K-$45,700.
00K annually (depending on experience)
