Accounts Manager (Payable and Receivable) (El Cajon)

A large family owned property Management Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to join our team! This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: Must have high volume accounts payable experience High School Diploma (college degree preferred but not required) Accounting knowledge mandatory Must have strong attention to detail and strong organization skills Able to work independently and in a team environment 10 key by touch Knowledge of Appfolio and/or working in a property management setting helpful Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Entering & paying bills on a daily basis Scanning checks Bank reconciliations Owner Distributions Filing Answering phones Processing move-outs Entering tenant receipts Paying mortgages This position is full time, permanent.
Benefits after 90 days.
Pay commensurate with experience.
