Part Time Accountant - QuickBooks proficient (San Diego)

Job Posting: Part-Time Accountant We are seeking a highly organized and experienced accountant for a part-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable including sending invoices and interacting with vendors • Reconcile bank statements every month • Provide tax accountant with financial statements and records • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks • Communicate effectively with clients and team members • Other accounting duties as assigned Requirements: • Proficient in QuickBooks (mandatory) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Hours and Compensation: • Part-time position: 8-10 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Pay rate: $40 per hour • 1099 position with no benefits To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your QuickBooks experience and accounting background to [insert email address or application instructions].
