*One of our great partners in Carlsbad, CA is looking for their next Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist!*
This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
*What You Bring*
* 2-3 years of AR/billing, collections, and related accounting tasks _required_; 4+ years _preferred_
* Associate's Degree _required_; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field _preferred_
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication, collaboration, accuracy, and analytical skills
*What You'll Do*
* Update Accounts Receivable ledger, entering customer cash receipts and verifying accuracy; reconcile accounts when needed
* Perform collections calls/emails, and monitor collections status and aging of balances
* Continuously update records, maintaining organization and keeping sales teams informed of account statuses
* Assist with month-end close process, adhering to deadlines
