Closing Associate

Global Equity Finance is seeking a Closing Associate to add to our rapidly growing company.

This Closing Associate is an entry-level position with opportunities to move into different roles in the company.
*Job Duties:* Your job duties will include, but are not limited to: * Review loans for closing * Work with Loan Officer and Title for loan signings * Review documentation for loan signing * Work with banking and investors for post close process *Qualifications* * Qualification: 1-2 years of administrative / data-entry / food & beverage / hospitality * Bachelors Degree or Higher (Preffered) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Superb time-management and able to meet strict deadlines * Team player * Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency * Desire to learn mortgage industry regulations * Knowledge of basic computer functions Pay: $16.
85-$22 plus bonus / $40,000 - $65,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
