We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to fill the role of Seasonal Tax Office Specialist, specializing in DocuSign and E-filing processes during our busy tax season.
This position is crucial in streamlining our tax processes.
Key Responsibilities: DocuSign Proficiency: -Utilize DocuSign to facilitate the electronic signature process for tax documents.
-Guide clients through the DocuSign platform and address any related inquiries.
-Ensure accurate and secure document transmission through DocuSign.
E-filing Expertise: -Manage the E-filing process for tax returns.
-Troubleshoot any issues related to E-filing submissions.
-Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure seamless client interactions.
Quality Assurance: -Conduct quality checks on E-filed documents to ensure accuracy.
-Collaborate with the tax team to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
-Maintain detailed records of E-filing activities and outcomes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or technology is a plus.
Previous experience in a tax or medical office is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to provide exceptional client service.
Technology proficient with a strong aptitude for learning new software.
Part-time, temporary position.
