Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of 25y/o rapidly growing manufacturing group located in East county.
Tasks include developing budgets, processes dev, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and review account balances
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience in public accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits/credits and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
