*Job Title*: Accounts Payable Specialist, Non-Exempt
*Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Perform all aspects of Accounts Payable, which include verifying the accuracy of invoices and processing approved payments in a timely manner.
* Verify invoices using the 3-way match.
* Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensure all invoices, debit memos and credit memos have been entered into the general ledger through the period close date.
* Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
* Review and process employee expense reports.
* Assist with audit support as necessary
* Support Accounting personnel and other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications required:*
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Must be detail oriented and have a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
· Must have solid knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
· Organizational and time management skills to meet time sensitive deadlines
· Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
· Team player mindset.
There are no boundaries to this position; other duties will be assigned as the Accountant progresses in position.
Cross-training is mandatory
· Working on site in office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri); no remote or hybrid
*Internal qualifications required:*
· Introduction Training about the basic working procedures
· A scheduled tour in the organization and its different departments
· Introduction training about company rules and regulations
