Otay Mesa Sales, Inc, a leader in the construction equipment rental industry, is seeking an assistant to support our corporate accounting team.
Qualified candidates must possess basic experience in both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable fields and will be trained to be able to step into those key positions as needed.
A strong attention to detail and discretion are a must.
Additional requirements include experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Google suite and a willingness to learn and support the team where needed.
Experience with Point of Rental systems is a plus.
Position involves entry level responsibilities supporting the accounting team including, but not limited to, data entry, bill matching, filing, outgoing mail processing, spreadsheet creation and phone support, with training for backup to AP and AR in reporting, GL Coding, payment processing and posting.
