If you have a passion for payroll management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:* As a Payroll Specialist at Buona Forchetta, you will: *- Process Payroll:* Manage the biweekly payroll cycle using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
*- Record Keeping:* Maintain comprehensive records, including timekeeping, salary history, and payroll data.
*- Data Accuracy:* Handle changes related to pay, positions, and supervisors to ensure precise historical data recording.
*- Compliance:* Administer and respond to garnishment and medical support withholding notices, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
*- Onboarding:* Monitor the completion of onboarding paperwork and seamlessly integrate new hires into the payroll system.
*- Confidentiality*: Safeguard personnel and payroll documents with the utmost discretion.
*- Knowledge*: Demonstrate a strong understanding of tax deductions and paid time off accruals, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
*- Deadlines:* Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet payroll deadlines.
*- Accuracy:* Review payroll documents for completeness, accuracy, validity, and adherence to best practices.
*- Collaboration:* Collaborate with your team to expedite audits required for payroll and tax preparation.
*- Communication:* Interact with managers, staff, and employees with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
*- Professionalism: *Exercise tact, courtesy, alertness, and good judgment when responding to others.
*- Bilingual Skills:* Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively.
*- ADP Experience: *Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a valuable bonus.
*- Worker's Comp Audit:* Experience in worker's compensation audits is also a plus.
