Payroll Assistant

Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies.
Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.
Requirements: - H.
S Diploma, GED or Equivalent - 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations - Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types - \*PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment\* - Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements - Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus) Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $25.
