*Minimum requirement:*
* H.
S Diploma, GED or Equivalent
* 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations
* Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types
* PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment\*
* Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements
* Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus)
*Roles and responsibility:*
* Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies.
* Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.
