Bookkeeper/Accounting Administrator Responsibilities:
Processing/Managing Accounts Payable.
Performing AP audit
Monitoring and reconciling company bank and credit card accounts
Monitoring and processing physical/electric mails: open/scan/distribute
Performing daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping duties
Assisting daily operating and/or special projects: Accounting, Payroll, HR
Bookkeeper/Accounting Administrator skills and qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, eager to learn
Ability: multitasking/handle high pressure work environment
Good understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, data entry
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Office 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organization and time management skills
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
