Part-time Bookkeeper

*DUTIES* - Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to data entry, account reconciliation, journal entries, and account analysis - Maintain accounts payable and receivable - Bank Statement reconciliations - Manage credit card receipt reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks accounting software and Patron Manager CRM software - Prepare daily cash flow statements - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes - Assist in the preparation of year-end close processes and annual audit - Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and expenditure reports *QUALIFICATIONS* - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Solid understanding of corporate accounting procedures and regulations.
Knowledge of non-profit accounting a plus.
