Audit Senior

Job Responsibilities: * Audit the client’s financial statements, source documents, tenant files and loan files.
* Prepare the audit work papers from the beginning to finish.
* Prepare the audit programs.
* Request information/documentation from the client.
* Prepare the working audit trial balance and adjusting journal entries.
* Prepare the audited financial statement with footnotes.
Qualifications: * 3 years of experience in CPA firms.
* Fast pace, hard working.
Preferred: * Real Estate Audit experience.
* HUD Audit experience.
* CPA or CPA candidate.
* Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Advance Flow.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50.
00 - $75.
00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92103
