Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
- Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements
- - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- - Experience working with financial software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Time, Quartzy, OneDrive, Bill.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies or errors
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers
