Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Posting Clerk to join our team.
As a Posting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts receivable and financial services.
Job Summary Directly supports the Posting and Accounting teams to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
*Essential Duties * * Acts as team lead and is familiar with all Posting tasks.
* Identifies issues that directly affect the timely completion of daily duties.
* Identifies and reports process opportunities to the Accounting Manager.
* Assists in training and cross training other team members.
* Handles sensitive items, both internal and external.
* All other duties and assignments as directed.

*Work Environment (Corporate):* While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a climate-controlled setting, seated continuously and is sedentary the majority of the workday in a corporate environment with low noise and light foot traffic.
This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones and photocopiers, and work area stations and/or cubicles that are close in proximity to others.
*Physical Demands* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers, and have moderate reach with hands and arms.
The employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see in order to perform close-up computer work and operate phone equipment.
Also required is color recognition.
