Full Charge Bookkeeper

```Duties``` - Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness - Prepare and process journal entries for various financial transactions - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements - Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online to maintain financial records ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software - Solid understanding of account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation - Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this role.
