Need for a full-charge bookkeeper based in our LOCATION office responsible for the accurate recording of all financial transactions for firm’s Companies.
Other responsibilities include administrative support.
The ideal candidate has: * Solid QuickBooks experience 2+ years required * Comprehensive and thorough bookkeeping abilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger.
* Familiarity with producing and reviewing financials, processing bank deposits and completing transfers * Knowledge and comfort in reviewing financial records * Attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills, computer experience including Word and Excel * Flexible to changing duties and priorities based on current requirements * Ability to manage multiple engagements demonstrating good time management skills * Experience in administrative duties a plus * Wages commiserate with experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.
00 - $35.
