*Pacifica Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support key business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
* Prepare financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, financial planning, and decision-making processes.
* Analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas of concern or opportunity.
* Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
* Work closely with financial institution partners.
* Support the development and enhancement of financial systems and processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
* Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting.
* Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Disciplined, able to stay focused, reprioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent workstreams
* Curious individual, open and willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
