AR/AP Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Generate financial reports as needed.
Maintain vendor and customer records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Epicor ERP system preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.
