Bookkeeper

*Bookkeeper Position Available* The Bookkeeper position will be responsible for the daily accounting of all Astuno Sabel APC related accounts payable and receivable transactions.
This position will report directly to the Firm Managers.
The position will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
The position will also be responsible for assisting in month-end closing activities.
This includes process control of all transactions through our QuickBooks accounting system.
This position is located in our La Jolla, CA office.
*Responsibilities: * ·Maintain accounts payable and receivable transactions in QuickBooks, including invoices, checks, payments, and receivables.
·Maintain all accounts payable and receivable transactions in our HR/Payroll system.
·Manage all payroll transactions in our HR/Payroll system.
·Manage all accounts payable and receivable transactions in our Bank Accounts Receivable system.
·Process monthly bank deposits into bank account as well as monthly bank statements as requested by management.
·Maintain monthly payroll reports as requested by management.
·Assist with month-end closing activities as needed including bank deposits, bank statements, and journal entries.
·Assist with month-end financial statement preparation as needed including reconciliation of bank statements, accruals, etc.
