*About the Position* We are seeking an experienced controller to join our team in the San Diego office.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a controller role in a mid-sized to large company.
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
The candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's accounting staff and ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards.
