Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper

Construction Accounting / Bookkeeping / Admin Responsibilities: Successful General Engineering Contractor located in Vista has an immediate opening for an experienced accounting professional.
Need motivated team player with a minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping and administration experience to work alongside of a great team (construction experience a plus) Areas of Responsibly * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Compile and record job costs * Various accounting projects and reconciliation * Various administrative duties Qualifications and Requirements * Experienced in Quick Books, Excel and Word * Must have knowledge of accounts payable and financial concepts * Works well independently or as a team * Works well in an environment with deadlines * Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with other employees, customers, and vendors in accordance with the companies principles and values * Able to support the members of the accounting and PM team * Bilingual in Spanish a plus The company offers a friendly and team-oriented environment.
