1/31-2/6: 7-Day Weight Loss Vegetable Fast in AirBnB with Male RN

I have gained some weight after I had a surgery and I want to lose this weight.
I like fasting as a quick way to lose weight.
Essentially we would just eat vegetables for like 7 days straight and get an AirBnB somewhere in the desert, maybe Joshua Tree or something.
We should be able to lose 15 pounds in that week.
We can split the cost of the AirBnB 50/50.
My background: I'm a 30 year old male nurse and I am single.
If you need time to schedule time off work like me, then let's plan this in advance.

AirBnB's are pretty cheap out there, it looks like it can be $350-500 for the entire week each.
Some even have jacuzzi's and pools if that sounds fun
