G2 Software has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level Program Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA.
This position involves working with DoD program office directors and product support managers, platform reps, and users.
Candidate will work with three depot sites to maximize efficient terminal returns to users for increased material readiness.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinating with vendor depot representatives, logistics and platforms to ensure efficient flow of repairable equipment to/from three depot activities;
Maintaining a detailed database of all equipment movement through the depot to include progress and type of repair required, using the contractor databases, depot spreadsheets and depot meetings;
Identifying barriers to production and develop solutions to present to the PSM;
Performing data analysis on depot performance and failure trends;
Assisting in the development of Design Change Notices (DCNs);
Assisting in the development of overall logistics status briefs.
The ideal candidate will have four (4) or more years of technical and/or technical project management experience.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following required skills:
Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written forms at all levels of the organization and at similar levels outside the organization;
Microsoft Office Suite Experience – Proficient with Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, and PowerPoint and any data automation tools that will help with repair oversight;
Lean Six Sigma experience to lean out current processes;
Strong Organizational skills.

Location: This is a hybrid position.
The workforce is required to report physically to the Client office located in San Diego, CA twice a week.
Additional days at the office may be required from time to time as required to support the workload or client’s request.
The pay range for this position in California is $100,000/year to $130,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
