In line with our mission and goals, we are currently seeking a highly motivated mission-driven Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician.
Behavioral Therapist/RBT to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for clients diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities.
This position requires individuals with an enthusiastic and professional approach to relationship building and the ability to complete all tasks with Passion and Innovation.
*Essential Functions:* * Provide direct services and implement ABA program with clients as modeled and directed by BCBA Case Supervisor * Deliver one on one instructions with clients consistent with best practices in ABA therapy * Collect thorough behavior and skill achievement data during sessions enter them into clients' management system, logging in all hours and medical data accurately * Model and supports behavioral protocols with the family * Be responsive to the needs and direction of clients and their clients * In coordination with BCBA case supervisor, assists with data analysis, functional analysis, and behavior plans * Perform other duties as assigned *Qualifications/Requirements:* * Experience and/or Education in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred * Must be able to pass and maintain yearly RBT Certification * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers * Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to deal with numerous priorities simultaneously * Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to make a difference * Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong customer service skills * Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, running and climbing stairs * Access to reliable transportation and will be required to work at multiple locations(clients' home sites, school sites, or other job sites.
