*Full-Time Warehouse Technician:*
*Compass Dermatopathology*, the nationally recognized leader in the diagnosis of skin diseases founded by acclaimed dermatopathologist Antoanella Calame, M.
D.
, is seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to manage its multiple FedEx and courier deliveries arriving and departing throughout the day.
*Essential Job Responsibilities include:*
* Accepting, unpacking, examining and cataloging all inbound deliveries of laboratory specimens from clients as well as general deliveries of supplies bound for our laboratory, clinic operations and headquarters teams.
* Preparing all outgoing shipments, including processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and arranging pick-ups.
* Maintaining a schedule for the periodic shipment of specimen collection kits to laboratory client offices.
* Accurately completing all required documentation related to each inbound and outbound shipment.
* Maintaining relationships with FedEx/UPS/USPS and private couriers to ensure timely daily drop offs and pick-ups.
* Completing all required reports and comply with all company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local shipping regulations.
* Providing quality service and respond to all external and internal clients in a timely fashion.
* Organizing the shipping/receiving area and preserving a clean and neat warehouse environment at all times, including floors, shelves, pallet areas and workstations.
*Job Requirements:*
* Previous warehouse experience.
* Computer experience and inventory management skills.
* A strong demonstrated work ethic and enthusiastic attitude.
* The ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and additional days and hours if business needs require it.
* A High School diploma or higher certificate.
* FedEx experience a plus.
* The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
